Bi-Ferrari is a surf-punk sort of thing with a powerful V10 drumkit under the hood, steered by thick bass and guitar tandem riffs. Each member of the trio takes a turn in the driver’s seat, passing lead vocal duties back and forth like a Chinese fire drill. This album is a road trip; sometimes you rush at a breakneck pace and hug the turns, other times you cruise leisurely down a one-lane highway and enjoy the scenery. The hand-drawn cover and the garage sound show off this group’s DIY ethics. The music is stripped down to the engine and chassis so you can see a band that has great chemistry and loves to put on an exciting show. Vroom vroom.
